Under such circumstances, this Court is of the view that since the subject property is classified as Forest Land and an alternative remedy has already been availed of by the petitioner by filing an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer against the rejection order passed by the Tahsildar, the petitioner must pursue the said pending statutory remedy instead of approaching this Court by way of the present Writ Petition.
