Heard A.S.Kaizer, learned counsel for the petitioners, M/s.P.Mahalakshmi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and Mr.S.Venkatesh for M/s.Ajmal Associates for respondent Nos.2 to 5. 3. In similar circumstances, Writ Petitions filed by similarly placed employees seeking pensionary benefits were allowed and the said order was confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos.645 and 686 of 2025, dated 25.03.2025. Since the issues raised in the present Writ Petitions are squarely covered by the directions issued by the Division Bench of this Court, the respondents shall comply with the directions issued in W.A.Nos.645 and 686 of 2025, dated 25.03.2025, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above direction, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
