2. Heard Mr.K.Balaguru for the petitioner and Mr.S.Yogaraja Sekar for the respondents. Perused the records.
3. The dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6 seems to be a civil dispute. Criminal colour sought to be given to it by alleging that a petrol bomb was sought to be hurled against the petitioner and his family members. If the petitioner has money claim against the respondents 5 and 6, the matter has to be resolved before the jurisdictional civil Court and not before the police. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
