Learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection. 4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. It is made clear that if the petitioners move regular bail application before the learned Court, the same will be decided in accordance with law without being prejudiced to this order.
