“To direct respondents to settle the petitioner’s retirement benefits paying the delay of 9 month of interest at the rate of 18 percent on the petitioner’s representation dated 01.06.2026.”
2. The petitioner joined the service of the respondent corporation on 10.04.1998 as Junior Assistant. On 30.05.2025, the petitioner retired from service as Senior Superintendent. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not received the terminal benefits fully and the representation dated 01.06.2026, seeking the same was also not considered. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.
