Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3. A perusal of the records revealed that the petitioner has lodged a complaint as against the second respondent for the offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and the same has been taken cognizance by the trial Court in STC No.2134 of 2025. After receipt of summons, the third respondent failed to appear before the trial Court. Hence, the trial Court has issued Bailable Warrant as against the third respondent and it is pending on the file of the second respondent. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP No. 23105 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by either side, this Court directs the second respondent to execute the bailable warrant issued as against the third respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the warrant from the trial court. Further, the petitioner is also directed to cooperate with the second respondent while executing the Bailable Warrant as against the third respondent by furnishing correct address of the third respondent. 5.
