The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police strongly objected the application, however fairly conceded that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Para 3 in Crl.MP.No.7447 of 2026 in Crl.OP.No.2605 of 2026 dated 27.04.2026. Accordingly, the condition that “the petitioner shall report before the concerned trial Court on alternate days at 10.30 a.m, until further orders” is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court once in a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders”. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered. 4.
