She has given assurance that she will appear before the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, on 05.10.2026. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that as this is an application seeking extension of time, the 1st respondent is not opposing the application. 5.Hence, the order dated 15.07.2026 in WP.Crl.No.187 of 2026 is modified by substituting the date 24.08.2026 with 05.10.2026.
