The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No.155 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Section 303(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is running an electronic shop and the allegations are made that certain electronic goods has been sold from the shop of the petitioner. He further submits that however, the said articles have been purchased by the petitioner through valid dealer of electronic goods. He then submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.09 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there of purchasing of stolen 2026:JHHC:4770 --2-- A.B.A. No. 906 of 2026 electronic goods. 5. Considering that the petitioner happened to be shopkeeper of electronic goods and it has been stated that the petitioner has purchased the same from the dealer of the said goods and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.09 of the petition and in that view of the matter the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
