Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record. 3. The learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submits that the direction sought for in this writ petition has been complied with. 4. While complying the order, the 2nd respondent lodged a complaint as against the Bank Officials on the file of the 1st respondent, for which the 2nd respondent was also issued with C.S.R.No.406 of 2026. 5. In view of the above, the 1st respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent and dispose the same in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.Crl.No.1836 of 2026 6. Further, the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that the articles, which were removed by the Petitioner/Bank kept it in a secrete place. 7. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner/Bank submits that they are ready and willing to handover the articles removed from the secured asset to the 2nd respondent. 8. In view of the above, the 2nd respondent is directed to approach the Petitioner/Bank on monday (i.e., 10.08.2026) and the Petitioner/Bank is directed to handover all the articles, which were removed from the secured asset to the 2nd respondent, forthwith. 9.
