Ms. Bhavya Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. D.C.S. Rawat, learned counsel for respondent no.1. / DLDA. 3. Mr. Sudhir Nainwal, learned Standing Counsel for the State/respondent no.2. 4. By the instant petition preferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is seeking the following reliefs:- “(i) Issue an appropriate order or direction directing the Court of Joint Administrator, UHUDA Revision Petition in Case No. 0033 of 2025 titled as Ajay Gorkha vs. DLDA and anr. Section 7(B)(4) read with Section 4(1-A) of the Uttarakhand Urban and Country Planning and Development Act, 1973, pending before it as expeditiously as possible & decide the same in a time bound manner. (ii) Direct that any action taken by the respondent authorities, including sealing of the property, shall remain subject to the final outcome of the aforesaid Revision Petition pending before the Court of Joint Administrator, UHUDA.” 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the process of sealing is now put on hold and the petitioner had already approached to the Joint Administrator by way of filing revision under Section 7 (B)(4) read with Section 4 (1-A) of the Uttarakhand Urban and Country Planning and Development Act, 1973 against the order of demolition passed by District Level Development Authority as well as order passed in appeal by the Commissioner. She further submits that proceedings of Case No. 0033 of 2025 pending before Joint Administrator UHUDA be expedited. 2026:UHC:4130 6. Mr. D.C.S. Rawat, learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no objection if the above proceedings be expedited. 7. The relief, as sought, appears to be innocuous. 8. Accordingly, with the consent of learned counsel for both the parties the instant writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction to the Joint Administrator, UHUDA to expedite the Revision Petition No. 0033 of 2025 (Ajay Gorkha Vs. DLDA and another) within a month positively from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 9. It is made clear that the process of sealing shall be subject to the final outcome of the decision taken by Joint Administrator UHUDA in the Revision Petition No. 0033 of 2025.
