JUSTICE PARTHIVJYOTI SAIKIA O R D E R 15.05.2026 This is a common order for these three items. Heard Mr. T. Laskar and Mr. D. Ullah, the learned counsels appearing for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, the learned addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam. 2. All these three applications are filed under Section 482 & 483 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of Rupahihat P.S. Case No.58/2026 under Sections 191(2)/191(3)/190/329(3)/117(2)/118(2) and 103(1) of the BNS, 2023. 3. On 27.02.2026, Hussain Ali had lodged an FIR before police alleging that these petitioners had attacked them with sharp weapons. They caused grievous injuries to Hatem Ali, Ramjan Ali, Ashadul Ali, Marajul Ali and Inara Khatun. It may be mentioned that Hatem Ali had succumbed to his injuries while he was being taken to the hospital. 4. Moving the bail application for the petitioners Saiful Ialam and Safi Ullah, the learned counsel Mr. Ullah has submitted that though their names are mentioned in the FIR, nothing has been mentioned as to what role they played in the occurrence. 5. Mr. Laskar also made a similar submission on behalf of the other petitioners. 6. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsels of both sides. 7. The Case Diary shows that there are eye witnesses to the occurrence. Those Page No.# 4/4 witnesses have implicated all the present petitioners. 8. No specific ground has been pleaded by the petitioners except the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsels for the petitioners. 9.
