CMP Nos.22929, 22922 and 22927 of 2026 in CRP Sr. Nos.144074, 144075 and 144076, of 2026 P.B.BALAJI, J. The petitioners, who are third parties to the execution proceedings in E.P.No.34 of 1989 in O.S.No.137 of 1968, have come forward with these petitions seeking leave of this court to file civil revision petitions. 2. The suit in O.S.No.137 of 1968, seeking vacant possession of the properties, has been decreed in favour of the respondent herein/ plaintiff and pursuant to the decree, E.P.No.34 of 1989 has also been filed. In the execution proceedings, the respondent had filed E.A.Nos.17, 18 and 19 of 2026 seeking i) disconnection of power supply to the concerned properties, ii) police aid to the Amin for delivering possession of the properties and (iii) deputation of the Taluk Surveyor to assist the Amin in locating the properties and the same were allowed by the executing court. 3. According to the petitioners, they have been in possession of the properties for more than 80 years, however, the respondent/plaintiff obtained the decree behind their back, without impleading them as parties to the said suit. Hence, the petitioners seek permission of this court to challenge the above said orders by filing civil revision petitions. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis P.B.BALAJI, J. Mst 4. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the respective petitions, leave is granted. 5.
