The present revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the Title Suit No. 264 of 2011, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court, Howrah, and direction upon the learned partition commissioner who was appointed on 29th March, 2014, to submit his report. 2. Considering the nature of relief prayed for, service is dispensed with. 3. The revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the Partition Commissioner who was appointed on 29th March, 2014 and 12 years have passed, shall positively file his report within 60 days from the date of this order and the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit which has already been decreed in the preliminary form on 29th July, 2013, within a period of six months from the date of this order. 4.
