JUSTICE V SRISHANANDA ORAL ORDER A Demand Draft in a sum of ₹60,000/- is tendered by the petitioner to the learned counsel for respondent. With the tendering of said demand draft, sum of ₹90,000/- said to have been paid by the petitioner to the respondent as ₹30,000 is in deposit before the trial Court. 2. Fine amount imposed by the trial Court is a sum of ₹1,20,000/- and ₹5,000/- is also imposed towards the defraying expense of the State. Satishchandra would submit that taking note of the financial condition of the petitioner, the fine amount be modified reasonably. 3. Since an amount of ₹90,000/- is already paid by the petitioner as against ₹1,20,000/-, petitioner is directed to pay another sum of ₹20,000/- on or before 20.05.2026. 4. A memo is filed in this regard on behalf of the petitioner. 5. Memo reads as under: “The petitioner most respectfully submits as follows: The petitioner submits that he undertakes to settle the entire amount on or before the next date of hearing. Hence, it is most respectfully pray that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to take the memo on record in the interest of justice.” 6.
