Patankar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/husband submits that CRR No.1253 of 2025 has been filed by the wife against the interim order dated 14.01.2025 in case No.1069/2021 whereas the husband has filed CRR No.1250 of 2025 against the interim order dated 29.08.2025 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge (FTC), Durg in Criminal Appeal No. 201 and 202 of 2024. Shri Patankar submits that both these revisions have been filed against the interim orders passed by the trial Court and since now final order has been passed by the trial Court on 17.03.2026, both these revisions have become infructuous.
