Pleader, for R-3. * * * * * JUDGMENT (Judgment of the Court was delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ appeal assails the order dated 05.08.2025 passed in WP No.29260 of 2025, whereby the learned Single Judge has disposed of the writ petition with certain directions. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that the directions contained in the impugned order have been complied with by conducting survey of the subject property. 3. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ appeal.
