Mr.R.Prabhudoss, learned Advocate has entered appearance for the respondent, on behalf of Mr.C.Santhosh Kumar, learned counsel on record. He has not offered any objection in allowing the above petition. 3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the respondent counsel has no objection in allowing the miscellaneous petition, this CMP is allowed and the delay is condoned. 4.
