Premkumar For Respondent(s): Mr.N.Siva Prakash ORDER This application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 81 days in filing the Reply Statement to the Written Statement cum Counter Claim filed by the defendants in C.S.No.134 of 2025. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant / plaintiff. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents / defendants raised serious objections by filing a counter affidavit, contending that there is no bona fide reason for allowing the application and that the application has been filed at a belated stage. However, considering the interest of justice and the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, and being satisfied with the same, this application is allowed. 4.
