Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16641 of 2026 vide order dated 01.07.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. 4.
