Petitioner has already availed the alternative efficacious remedy available to the petitioner, inspite of that she has approached this Court claiming compensation. 3. The petitioner has approached the authority by filing representation under Section 43(A) of the Information Technology Act for the same relief. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has approached the forum available to the petitioner and also the fact that to grant compensation, evidence has to be recorded and there will be complicated question of facts which needs to be addressed, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition, the same is dismissed. 5.
