This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking production of daughter of the petitioner viz., Mariya Anthoniyammal, aged about 20 years before this Court. 2. According to the petitioner, her daughter is aged about 20 years and she went along with the third respondent herein, therefore seeks production of her daughter. 3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on a complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.44 of 2026 for ‘woman missing’ and during the course of investigation, it came to light that Mariya Anthoniyammal (detenue) has eloped with one Sivakumar, third respondent herein. 4. As and when the detenue Mariya Anthoniyammal, aged about 20 years, is secured, she may be produced before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, under initiation to the petitioner.
