The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- “For issuance of an appropriate writ(s) /Order(s) / direction(s) upon the private respondent to remove the encroachment of Rashta and crematorium over New Plot No. 965 and 966 recorded in last revisional survey as Rashta and crematorium, which has been illegally encroached and occupied by private respondent in connivance with bad aliments resultantly the entry and exit of the petitioner to his land appertaining to New Plot No.929 and 930 adjacent to the aforesaid new plot no.965 and 966 has been obstructed and closed by the private respondent.” 2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 3.
