The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation to the competent authority. If he makes representation within two weeks, respondent No. 3 shall examine claim of the petitioner, and if petitioner is found eligible for regularisation, then forward his name to the regularisation committee.
