It is fairly brought to my notice by the learned counsel on either side that the RLTA No.6 of 2025 (appeal against the order of recovery of possession passed by the Rent Court ) before the Rent Tribunal has been taken up for final hearing and in fact, it has been posted today for judgment. 3. In the light of the above, this civil revision petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (i) The executing court is directed to keep the execution petition in abeyance till the disposal of the RLTA No.6 of 2026. (ii) Subject to the result of the RLTA No.6 of 2026, it shall be open to the respondent/decree holder to proceed with the execution proceedings. There shall be no order as to costs.
