This is application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of Sion P.S., Mumbai FIR/Case No.65/2026 under Sections 318(4)/319(2) of BNS, 2023 read with Section 66(c)/66(d) of I.T. Act. 3. The petitioner Sri Zahidur Alom @ Zahidar Najibur Alom has received a Notice from Mumbai Police (Cyber Cell). He wants that he should be allowed some time to approach the appropriate court at Mumbai. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsels for both sides. 5.
