2. Perusal of grounds raised in Review Application would show that Applicant raised grounds of wrong application of mind to facts and mischaracterization of issues. Ignorance of binding precedent is also raised as a ground. Ignorance of vital evidence and non- consideration of material issues is also a ground raised. The manner in which grounds raised by Review Applicant cannot be appreciated, but to be deprecated.
3. Stand of Review Applicant that there is an ignorance of binding precedent is unwarranted usage of language in the Review Application. Review Applicant has made an attempt to re-adjudicate merits relating to facts. Non consideration of certain documents or appreciation of facts would not constitute a ground to review the order passed by this Court.
4. This Court has elaborately considered the facts as placed between parties and issues were answered. Therefore, grounds raised relating to facts cannot be re-appreciated. Scope of review cannot be expanded. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
