Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that W.P.(C) No. 6376 of 2023 stood dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 22.10.2024 even prior to issuance of notice upon the respondents. Hence, there is no need of issuance of notice upon the respondents. He further refers to different paragraphs of the present C.M.P. and explains the circumstances under which the defects lying in the said writ petition could not be removed within the peremptory time granted vide order dated 22.10.2024. It is thus submitted that W.P.(C) No. 6376 of 2023 may be restored. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons stated in the present C.M.P., W.P.(C) No. 6376 of 2023 is 2026:JHHC:10983 2 restored to its original file and stage, subject to the condition that the petitioner removes the remaining defects pointed out by the office by 01.05.2026 and pays a cost of Rs.1,000/- in favour of the Advocate’s Clerks Association Welfare Fund, Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi within the said period. 4.
