The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Simdega PS Case No.02 of 2026, for offence registered under section 420, 467, 468, 506 and 34 of Indian Penal Code, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner happened to be widow and execution of the sale deed has already been made in the year 2021 in favour of informant, however, when mutation was not done for said land, the present FIR has been lodged. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the allegations are there that the said land was already sold earlier by the ancestors of this petitioner. 5. Considering that the petitioner happened to be a widow lady and the sale deed was already executed in the year 2021 and whether the same land has already been sold earlier or not, this is the subject matter of investigation and the charge sheet has not been submitted as yet, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
