Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he received the order copy only on 05.06.2026 and instead of forwarding the same to his client, it was inadvertently kept in the case bundle. Therefore, this petitioner has come up with the present petition seeking extension of time to execute the sureties as per the order of this court dated 29.05.2026. 4.
