Ms.R.K.Varshini, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent and Mr.Durai Gunasekaran, learned Government counsel, takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent. 3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed a representation dated 16.02.2026 before the respondents, for issuance of patta, in the name of petitioner, in respect of the subject land. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition. 5. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner’s representation will be disposed of within a period of 6 weeks and hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders. 6. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 7.
