Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully perused the materials available on record. 3.Considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner and considering the fact that IA Nos.13 to 19 of 2022 in OS No.343 of 2004 were filed in the year 2022, there shall be a direction to the Principal Subordinate Court at Namakkal, to dispose of IA Nos.13 to 19 of 2022 in OS No.343 of 2004 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This civil revision petition is disposed of in the above terms.
