The grievance of the petitioner is that in terms of order dated 21.04.2026, the petitioner has been transferred from Tehsil Chachiot at Gohar, District Mandi to Kullu, ignoring the fact that he is going to superannuate in about two months, i.e. on 30.06.2026. 3. In light of the fact that the petitioner is going to superannuate on 30.06.20226, it is not understood as to what grave administrative exigency existed due to which, the transfer of the petitioner was effected as the impugned order does not discloses any administrative exigency. Accordingly, this petitioner is allowed and the impugned transfer order dated 21.04.2026 (Annexure P-3) is quashed and set aside and the respondents are directed to allow the petitioner to continue to serve at Chachiot till his superannuation.
