Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo of retirement dated 04.02.2025, stating that the petitioner has neither been responding to the counsel’s telephone calls nor approached his office for further instructions. It is further stated that the learned counsel has sent an intimation letter to the petitioner, cautioning him about filing retirement memo, through RPAD vide receipt No.RK715049755IN, to which the petitioner has not responded. 3. It appears that, till date, the petitioner has not taken any steps to engage any other counsel to prosecute the case, despite having received intimation from the earlier counsel regarding his retirement. In view of the same, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
