The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to consider and dispose of his representation dated 05.11.2025, which was forwarded pursuant to the proceedings of the first respondent dated 01.12.2025. 3. In the said representation, the petitioner has stated that the fourth respondent, who is his son, is not providing him with his basic needs and amenities. Therefore, the petitioner has sought a direction to the fourth respondent to pay maintenance. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent has not taken any steps to dispose of the said representation so far. 5. The learned State Counsel, on instructions, submits that the second respondent will consider the petitioner’s representation in accordance with law within the time fixed by this Court. 6. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 05.11.2025 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the fourth respondent.
