He is further seeking direction to respondent No.1 to hear and decide FA No.74 of 2026 together with Review Application No.08 of 2026. He is also seeking stay of operation of order dated 21.04.2026. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that State Commission has dismissed petitioner’s appeal without granting him just and fair opportunity to put forth his stand. 3. On being asked, learned counsel for the petitioner expressed his inability to controvert that impugned order is an appealable order and appeal lies before National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
