In paragraph 3 line no. 2 also there is a typographical mistake as to refer to this Section. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has opposed it. 4. I consider the opposition is only for the sake of opposition. 5. It seems to be typographical mistake. 6. Let the correction be made in paragraph 1 and 3. In paragraph 1 line No. 2 read as “withdrawn” in line No. 4 the “Section 127 Cr.P.C. Similarly in paragraph 3 line No. 2 it read as “Section 127”. 7. Remaining contents remains the same.
