For Applicant(s): M/s.H.Siddarth For Respondents: M/s.S.Kannan ORDER This application has been filed to permit the Applicant/Petitioner to substitute the entire incomplete set of the missing pages in Document No.4 to 22 filed in OP with a fresh, complete set of photocopies for the sale of clarify and convenience. 2.The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that, while filing the photocopies of the registered title documents relating to the immovable properties covered under the Will, certain pages, particularly the reverse-side pages containing the Sub-Registrar’s endorsement/seal in Document Nos.4 to 20 and 22 and certain pages in Document No.21, were inadvertently omitted during photocopying.
