Present bail application is moved by the applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with FIR No.398 of 2024 under Section 29 read with Section 8/20 of the NDPS Act, Police Station Kiccha, District Udham Singh Nagar. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is not named in the FIR. He submits that main accused Bhawna Thapa and Sandeep Kumar have been enlarged on bail by this Court as well as by the court below on 27.11.2024 and 06.03.2025. He submits that the quantity of the contraband charas is less than the commercial quantity. 5. Learned State Counsel has not opposed the bail. 6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the main accused have been granted bail, this Court is of the view that appellant is entitled to be released on bail. 7. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Brahamjeet be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. 8.
