Nos. 1416 & 1417 of 2026 dated 24.06.2026. 2. Admittedly, there was a civil dispute between the petitioner and respondent Nos. 3 and 4. The respondent Nos. 3 and 4 claim that the dispute ended in their favor. 3. The petitioner reports that a review is pending. The mere pendency of litigation does not mean that the decree originally granted is suspended. As far as this writ petition is concerned, the police officials are bound to implement the order passed by this Court. It is only in compliance with the orders in the aforesaid writ petition that they have issued the summons. 4. I find no reason to interfere with the order. Hence, this writ petition stands dismissed.
