It is seen that the pleadings are complete and the matter is pending for framing issues from the year 2024 onwards and till date, the issues have not been framed. It is under these circumstances, the present revision came to be filed before this Court. 4. Taking into consideration the grievance expressed by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the Sub Court, Neyveli, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.243 of 2021 within a period of nine (9) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This civil revision petition is disposed of with the above direction.
