The allegations as contained in the FIR, briefly stated is that on the day of occurrence, the accused petitioner has gone along with alleged victim to the matrimonial house of the victim whose husband had expired one year ago and Page No.# 2/2 thereafter he committed rape upon her. The TCR as called for has been received and the charge sheet has already been submitted. Perusal of the material on record including the statements of the victim as well as the other witnesses clearly revealed sufficient incriminating materials against the accused person. Having regard to the gravity of the offence and incriminating material on record, the prayer for pre arrest bail stands rejected and the bail petition stands dismissed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
