For Petitioner(s): Ms.V Vijayalakshmi For Respondent(s): M/s.Vasudha Thiagarajan for R1 Order This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking modification of the Final Order dated 21.08.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.32047 of 2007, whereby this Court directed the petitioners herein to verify and ensure that the first respondent herein had paid the entire dues and, thereafter, restore the water connection within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WMP No. 33930 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no water connection had been granted to the first respondent herein so far and, therefore, there is no question of restoration of the water connection. However, the first respondent herein has applied afresh for a new water connection upon payment of the requisite fee. In view of the above, the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.32047 of 2007 is modified to the effect that no direction for restoration of the water connection shall arise, as no water connection had been granted to the first respondent herein.
