Pursuant to the order of March 30, 2026, Dr. Patra, learned Advocate appearing for the Commission, submits on instruction that the verification of the requisite documents of the petitioner for the purpose of compassionate appointment has already been made. 2. Dr. Patra submits that the petitioner’s father, who had died-in-harness sometime in June, 2022, was an Assistant Teacher in a secondary school. The compassionate appointment of the petitioner will be considered for a post as a Group-C staff in terms of her representation dated November 7, 2025. 3. The Regional Chairperson will take a decision by April 30, 2026 and intimate the petitioner of the 2 resultant order by May 15, 2026. 4. With the afore-stated direction, the writ petition is disposed of 5. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 6.
