2 consequential benefits. However, the present petitioners acted as fencesitters and approached the Court at a belated stage i.e. much after the implementation of the judgment of main case. Hence, the monetary benefits are extended to them notionally.
2. Therefore, in this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the matter is closed.
