Taking note of the overall circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both sides, interim order already passed by this Court shall continue. Whenever the sixth respondent indulges in any strike by preventing the workers from ingress and egress of vehicles and people from in and out of the petitioner’s company, the respondents 3 & 4 shall vacate the trespassing workmen who assembles illegally in any form within the radius of 500 meters from the petitioner’s company premises situated at No.112, SingadiVakkam Village, Kancheepuram Taluk, Kancheepuram – 631 561. 4.
