This is an application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in respect of Page No.# 2/2 Special POCSO Case No. 343/2025, pending in the Court of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge –cum- Special Judge (POCSO), Nagaon. 3. The petitioner Alfaz Uddin @ Mijarul Rahman has been shown as absconder in the Charge-Sheet. He now apprehends that, upon appearing before the Trial Court, he may be remanded to judicial custody. 4. I have considered submissions made by learned counsel for the both sides. 5. Since the petitioner is interested in facing the trial, he deserves to be given adequate opportunity to that effect. Therefore, his application is allowed. 6. The petitioner Alfaz Uddin @ Mijarul Rahman is directed to appear before the Court of the learned Special Judge (POCSO), Nagaon in connection with the Special (POCSO) Case No. 343/2025 within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from today and on his appearance he shall be released on bail of Rs.25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (POCSO), Nagaon. 7.
