The case of the petitioner is that he is a Post Graduate Teacher holding M.A.(English) and B.Ed., qualifications. He was appointed as a Post Graduate Teacher in the 3rd respondent school on 24.07.2015. He has been rendering his service without any blemish in his record till date. Now there is a vacancy in the said school for the post of Senior Post Graduate Teacher. The petitioner is eligible to be appointed to the said post by way of promotion. Therefore, he submitted a representation to the 3rd respondent on 05.07.2023, requesting that he be promoted and appointed to the said post. However, no action was taken on his representation. Again, the petitioner sent a representation to the 3rd respondent on 23.06.2026 through registered post. However, the same was returned to the petitioner with an endorsement stating that the addressee was absent. Hence the present writ petition has been filed. 3.The present writ petition filed by the petitioner seeking the relief against the 3rd respondent is not maintainable. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make a representation to the 2nd respondent.
