Petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Medical) in Government Senior Secondary School Rajgarh, District Sirmaur. Her case is that on completion of requisite tenure at the aforesaid station and facing with adverse family circumstances, she preferred a representation on 25.11.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2/competent authority seeking transfer to a place of her preference, but the said representation has not been considered and decided till date. 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today.
