The appellants have preferred the present appeal under Section 58 of the Chhattisgarh Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2017, being aggrieved by the order dated 27.01.2025 passed by the learned Chhattisgarh Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Raipur (C.G.) in Appeal No. 306/2024 (M/s Vandemataram Builders & Anr. vs. Kanwaljeet Khetrapal & Anr.), whereby the appeal filed by the appellants was dismissed, affirming the order dated 02.08.2024 passed by the learned Chhattisgarh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Raipur (C.G.) in Case No. M-PRO-2024-02378. 2. On the last date of hearing, i.e. 07.04.2026, learned counsel for the appellants had sought time to demonstrate that the directions issued by the RERA as well as the Appellate Tribunal have been complied with. 3. Today, learned counsel for the appellants, by referring the covering memo dated 15.04.2026, submits that by execution of the transfer deed dated 13.02.2025, the directions issued by the RERA as well as the Appellate Tribunal have been duly complied with. He further submits that once the directions have been complied with, nothing remains for adjudication in the present appeal. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel appears for the respondents through video conferencing does not dispute the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the appellants and submits that upon 3 perusal of the transfer deed filed along with the covering memo dated 15.04.2026, it is clear that the directions issued by the RERA as well as the Appellate Tribunal stand complied with. Hence, he submits that nothing further survives for adjudication in the present appeal. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 6. Having regard to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties that the directions issued by the RERA and the Appellate Tribunal have been complied with, this Court is of the considered view that no further adjudication on merits is required at this stage. 7.
